Automated production lines for the front and rear door for B-class Mercedes. The lines are comprised of about 80 robots with 4 cabins for laser welding. Designed and programmed 6 PLC (SIEMENS S7 319-F). Following technologies and systems used: INTERBUS, PROFINET, S7 Distributed safety, Pilz, Lenze, SICK.
