We are engaged in industrial automation and machine development, including the ADAPTO system for automated palletizing. We offer solutions that include design, PLC and robot programming, virtual and real commissioning, system integration and maintenance. We work with proven equipment and partners, and we have projects in the automotive industry for clients such as Mercedes, Audi, BMW, Ford, MAGNA, Jaguar, Jeep and VW.

Experience

We have extensive experience in designing, programming and commissioning of automated production processes, whereby we use the latest technology in automation.

Programming

We can realize complex control systems using programmable logic control (PLC). We use PLC’s of reputable manufacturers (Siemens, Telemecanique, Allen-Bradley, FESTO, OMRON, Pilz, Hitachi, Toshiba and others).

Visualization

Providing visualizations with different HMI / SCADA software packages – We have a perennial experience in creating visualizations with ProTool, WinCC i WinCCflexible packages. We are certificated for operation with ZENON development tool for industrial automation.

IGSS-SCADA

We are partners of Denmark software company 7-Technologies for IGSS-SCADA software, and we are further trained to work with this software package.

AUTO INDUSTRY

We have been active in this industry for over 20 years. We have participated in and successfully completed numerous projects for leading automotive manufacturers, both personally and in collaboration with our partners. We utilize the latest tools and technologies in the areas of planning, programming, and commissioning production lines.

We design automation systems using PLCs (from small and simple to the most complex systems). We use PLCs from different manufacturers: SIEMENS, VIPA, OMRON, Schneider, UNITRONICS, Allen-Bradley, Festus.
