Robotic production line for completion of the battery pack. On this production line are produced many different types of battery packages. Performed the complete programming, commissioning and optimization of the system. Following technologies used: 3-axis IAI robot, SIEMENS S7-300, cameras, barcode readers. The station for fine sealing consists of two robots, two systems for laser measurement and system for dosing plastics.
