BMW, München, D (2010-2011.) Upgrade of the system for the transport of body shells and intermediate containers for body shells or empty transporters (electric rails, switches, lifts). Control is performed by PLC SIEMENS S7-400 and PROFINET and INTERBUS communication. Visualization is done by Zenon, WinCC and Sütron (TSWin) software packages.
VW, Hannover, D (2011.) Several automatic stations where sealants are applied to the bodywork. The fine sealant station consists of 2 robots, 2 laser measurement systems and a plastic mass dosing system. Control is provided by SIEMENS S7-416F, Safety integrated and VMT, communication via PROFINET and INTERBUS, and visualization via the WinCC 7.0 software tool.

RIJEKA OIL REFINERY, Urinj, HR (2012) Finishing of the pumping station. PLC programming to monitor pump operation. PLC SIEMENS S7-300 and visualization tool PROTOOL were used.
KOLMAN, Donja Zelina, HR (2010.) Construction of the electrical control cabinet, programming of the PLC and commissioning of the machine for the production and packaging of wet wipes. Control and visualization are performed by UNITRONICS PLC.
SCHIEDEL, Novi Golubovec, HR (2010.) Design, installation and commissioning of a security system at a concrete plant. HAAKE security lock system and Schmersal security relay, Pizzato door security switches were used.
IVANIĆPLAST, Ivanićgrad, HR (2010.) Advising the user when taking over the plant and putting the robot automatic station into operation. Management is performed by PLC SIEMENS S7-300. An ABB robot was used.
QUADRO, Križovec, HR (2010.) Extension, programming and commissioning of the line for the production of concrete accessories. Electric motor drives are controlled by Möller frequency converters.
MAGNA, Graz, A (2009.) Upgrade of the bodywork production line. New stations for the production of the new MINI R60 have been integrated into the existing production line. Control elements used: SIEMENS S7-400, INTERBUS, PILZ, software tools for visualization WinCC 5.1 and WinCC 6.2, SEW frequency converters (MOVIDRIVE) and KUKA robots.
