Automation of production lines for the transport of solar panels.
Development of conceptual design. Design of electrical cabinets, PLC programming, HMI Design, installation, functional testing and commissioning. Delivery of transporters for panel transport. Production line consists of 30 carriers, container storage for panels, machine testing for panel, stringer, 2 laminators and machine for framing panels. Utilized technologies and systems: Schneider Modicon M340 PLC, UnityPro, Schneider inverters ATV312, ATV32, pneumatic equipment Festo.
