ATINEL d.o.o. – Siemens – Electrical Engineering School Varaždin
On June 11, 2022, the fourth PLC system programming competition organized by Atinel and Siemens, and the Electrical Engineering School Varaždin, will be held.
The competition will be held on the premises of the Electrical Engineering School Varaždin
The organizers will provide each competitor with a workstation with the necessary hardware and software.
The workstation will contain a laptop with installed TIA software for programming Basic PLCs and touch screens (HMIs) and cabinet panels with a mounted and largely wired CPU, power supply and other input/output elements, and the necessary tools.
Each participant in the competition will receive a gift upon completion, and the first three places will receive cash prizes:
1st place 5,000 kn
2nd place 2,500 kn
3rd place 1,000 kn
COMPETITION RULES AND RULES
1. The software used for programming the PLC is TIA Portal STEP7 Basic and for programming the touch screens is WinCC Basic.
2. The equipment used is: PLC – SIMATIC S7-1200, HMI – SIMATIC Basic Panel KTP1000, frequency converter – YASKAWA, electric motor – Končar D/Y 230/400V, 0.12 kW
3. The task will be described and presented in detail to all competitors, after which the competitors will have 4 full hours to complete it.
