Automation of a production line for transporting solar panels.
Development of a conceptual design. Design of control cabinets and local cabinets, PLC programming, visualization, assembly, functional testing and commissioning. Delivery of conveyors for transporting panels. The production line consists of 30 conveyors, a panel storage tank, a panel testing machine, a stringer, 2 laminators and a panel framing machine. Applied technologies and systems: Schneider Modicon M340 PLC, UnityPro, Schneider inverters ATV312, ATV32, Festo pneumatic equipment.
